Shipping and Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow the following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.
- Domestic Orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 8-10 business days
- Local and Regional orders- All Local and Regional orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 6-7 business days.
- ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 09:00 AM – 09:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
- Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Kausmi Ayurved takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for shipping charges of Rs. 49 is applicable on all orders.
- Local and Regional Orders: We ship products across the city and Maharashtra State and all orders qualify for shipping charges of Rs. 49 is applicable on all orders.
- Cash on Delivery charges of Rs. 30 will be applicable on all Cash on delivery orders .
Returns and Refunds
At Kausmi Ayurved, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
In case of one or more defective products in your order please register a single complaint as the return or replacement will be arranged only once.In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:
- If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting images and video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
- For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
- Kausmi Ayurved is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Kausmi Ayurved
- Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 working days from the date on which Kuasmiayurved.com cancels the order. In case of Prepaid orders through credit card, Debit card or Net banking the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. In case of cash on delivery order a refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in favor of the “Billing Name “ used while placing the order or an NEFT transfer will be done.
- Cash on delivery charges and shipping charges are not refundable.
